Topstar Construction was founded in 2010 by Joe Mendiola and Jeremy Dueitt, two local businessmen with decades of experience in the construction industry. Since then, we have grown into one of the most trusted names in the industry, serving customers in Montgomery County, Texas and beyond.

At Topstar Construction, we specialize in earthwork, utilities and concrete. We also offer a wide range of other services in heavy construction such as rehab work, site work and detention ponds. Serving both residential and commercial customers.
